The extension already works. These three steps match the setup we test against, which keeps blockers from getting in each other's way.

1. 01

   Install uBlock Origin Lite

   If you do not have an ad blocker yet, uBlock Origin Lite is the one we test against. It blocks the ads; Tubento handles what YouTube does when it notices.

2. 02

   Set youtube.com to Basic

   Click the uBOL icon on any YouTube page and choose Basic. Basic keeps network blocking and lets Tubento manage the page. Optimal or Complete also work; the extension will notice and step back to only hiding the toast and the warning popup.

3. 03

   Play a video and watch the button

   Open the Tubento popup. The button should be green. The first few videos are a trial run while the extension decides which mode works with your setup.
